NoBucks
Born approx. in 2004 - 15.1 hh Buckskin Mustang gelding (wild horse from a BC Indian Reserve.) No Bucks has been with us since late Summer 2007 He's gotten to really like people and has had a lot of different good experiences and training done with him to this date. No-Bucks has been used for a pack horse in the mountains, he has had lots of trail riding and is coming along well in the arena too. No Bucks has also been used to pony other horses and he's shown that he likes jumping and he's also been started for driving in an open bridle.He ties, highlines, hobbles, tethers, loads and trailers well and is good for the Ferrier.

He's also been used on many occasions of being tie head to tail with other horses and going on trail rides in this manner. No-Bucks is a real lover/suck and needs a very loving person and a home with pastures, outdoor living and other horses. He is not herd bound, but gets really depressed when he has to live alone. He gets along with any horse. As for breed, we think he's probably 1/4 Percheron and3/4 QH.

Zoom Zoom (Monty) Peruvian Paso Gelding, Chestnut Age: mid teens, no reg. papers available Zoom Zoom is about 15 hands high and is a solid gelding with very good leg bone. We've owned Zoom zoom since the summer of 2006 and have mainly used him as a pack horse. You could not ask for a better pack horse, he's perfect. He goes through, over or under anything. As a riding horse, Zoom zoom never bucks of shies, but he loves to go fast and has a unbelievable amount of energy.

He goes best alone and gets more exited in a group, especially a slow group. He can be used by not so experienced riders as a pack horse, but requires a more experienced rider when used as a riding horse. He ties, loads, trailers, hobbles and high lines. He is in the middle of the pecking order in our herd and lives on 300 acres. We never seem to use Zoom zoom more than two weeks per summer and really don't have a steady job for him. Somebody will love this horse for his willingness to go go go. He's quiet as a lamb when you lead him as a pack horse, but becomes a bundle of energy under saddle. We're asking $ 2800.00 for Zoom zoom.

Royale Equitation Saddle (Alta escuela saddle used in State Schools)

Saddle is smooth black leather, canvas underneath, extra long flaps, both canvas and sheepskin covers Girth, crupper, stirrup leathers, 1 pair of Espanola chrome stirrups

The saddle was made in Salamanca, Spain, the tree would conform to the horse as it is made out of willow wood.  They make one tree size and it is adjusted according to the flocking in the substantial panels.The width has been increased a bit when it was made, but it is still to narrow for a 16.1 hand horse, with a substantial body.  About 16 to 16-1/2" seat.

Felmer Eamor of High River, Alberta, made a saddle in 1955 just prior to him being inducted into the Saddlemaker’s Hall of Fame in Colorado Springs, ColoradoColorado (one source says he was inducted in 1956 while another states 1963).  At that time he did not put a number on his saddles but the saddle has “F Eamor – Maker – High River, Alta. in the leather.  This saddle has been owned by only one person and is in mint condition. Cutting horse rawhide tree and can be used for roping Full grain leather with ¾ rigging Horn 4” diameter cap and 3-1/2” tall Padded inlay seat 16” Cantle has Cheyenne roll and cantle is 4-1/2 “ high and 12” long

Cinch 30” long, 17 strand pure mohair, Latigos, Bell-shaped stirrups hand carved on outside and stamped on inside with the Alberta rose The saddle is dark brown with medium shade of tan accessories.  The entire saddle has the pattern of the Alberta Prairie Rose not stamped, but carved into the leather.  This saddle combines beauty and function, is beautifully balanced and comfortable to ride in.
